Support through the German Federal Office of Administration( ZfA) Possible Contributions through the ZfA - Support to find German speaking pre-qualified teachers through our networks in the US and Germany - Support in getting J-1 Visas, work permits and acknowledgement of foreign credentials under the No Child Left Behind Act through the US accredited exchange organization Amity International (www.amitv.org). - Consultancy (curricula, methods, assessment. school development, etc.) Contact to the world-wide network of German schools as well as other German-American schools in the US - Participation in teacher training seminars - Support in the development of student exchange programs - Support to order and deliver necessary books and teaching materials from Germany through the Los Angeles German Consulate's channels - Support for advertisement of the program - Subsidies for class books - Subsidies for teachers - Accompanying supervision of the German part of the curriculum through the German language consultant
